NCA’s service department is on call 24/7 (though after-hours charges do apply). Our service technicians are qualified professionals.  We believe in continuing education, and to that end our technicians attend classes that help them keep up with changes in technology within the HVAC industry. Important items that we perform during normal maintenance

1. Check for cracks and rust in the heat exchanger.

2. Clean or change the filter.

3. Check the thermostat.

4. Check the safety limit controls.

5. Lubricate or grease all bearings.

6. Check blower wheel for balance and position.

7. Tighten set screws on motor shaft for blower.

8. Check for quiet, even burner ignition.
